Founded in 1979, we are now a community with two locations in the City of Chelmsford. Building upon the five daily prayers and our madrasah (Makarim Academy), we also provide weekly halaqas, Ramadan activities, a food-bank, Eid-in-the-park, youth clubs, activities for sisters and Mother & Toddler sessions. Alongside this we have a range of racket sports and wellness services. Our aim at CMS is to embody the true nature of a mosque: enabling you to fulfil your Deen while looking after your health and wellbeing.

The vibrant Cafe (Caffe Marconi) at our Hamptons Centre serves delicious halal food and drinks. It is a great place to socialise and hosts a range of activities and regular events for the whole community.
